BIO
The Strike is a 3 member band based in Los Angeles, CA. The band includes lead singer Chris Crabb, David Maemone (bass/keyboards), and Jay Tibbitts (drums)
The Strike is a pop band at its core that fuses soaring vocal melodies and anthemic choruses over slamming 80’s influenced drums and pulsing synthesizers to create alternative music that sounds like a modern arena rock band. They have toured across continents and attracted fans who often travel long distances to catch their electric live shows that get everyone out of their seats and singing along. In an age of musical minimalism, The Strike is reminiscent of rock bands from the 70's and 80's. They feature true showmanship in an age where the art of performance has been forgotten. Chris Crabb's vocal style is akin to rock vocalists such as Lou Gramm, or Steve Perry. The band members are all students at their craft. Those who attend Strike shows become lifelong fans.
The Strike will be releasing their 3rd studio album (A Dream Through Open Eyes) in the Fall of 2024.
